We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of order delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Kindly ensure to record a video of unboxing your package as proof of receiving a damaged product.
In case the outer packaging is received damaged, kindly mention this to courier person at the time of order delivery and register a complaint of damage with them.
A replacement will only be provided if the above steps are followed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on the basis of not liking the fragrance, or any individual not getting enough fragrance from the candle. Used products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Shipping delays are beyond our control, hence do not qualify for a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you may cancel it. Please get in touch with us at the earliest to change or cancel your order. You can Contact Us or email us at email@example.com. Cancellation on custom products is not allowed once the product is partially or fully prepared. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation based on order fulfilment status.
Refunds and Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, we will send the correct item(s) to the address mentioned in the original order again.
For refunds, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order.
