WHICH LOCATIONS ARE SERVICABLE?

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Orders above INR 650 as final amount qualify for free shipping.

WHY IS COD (Cash on Delivery) NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
We cannot offer customized products (such as Hidden Message Candles) on COD. Due to technical limitations, we are unable to provide COD for selected items, hence the COD option has been removed from the store.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We try to ship your orders as fast as we can. However, please allow an estimate time of 1-3 days for your items to be shipped. Once dispatched, shipping is handled by a third party. So, kindly allow 3-7 days for your order to reach you depending upon your location. Kindly note that shipping delays can occur due to unforeseeable circumstances and we cannot promise delivery on a particular day. Also, shipping delays do not qualify for a refund. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

If an order gets sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. In cases like this, upon confirmation from the postal service, we will send you a new package.

However, we do not take responsibility for wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer. If the order is undelivered, or is sent back to us because of address issues, customer will have to pay additional shipping charges, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
